Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026
AuraLogic Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
This policy applies to data collected through the AuraLogic website at aura-logic.com, our contact form, and our early access sign-up form. It applies to all visitors and anyone who contacts us or registers interest in our services or products.
AuraLogic Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are registered in England and Wales with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
01
Who We Are
AuraLogic Ltd is an early-stage technology company that develops AI solutions, web applications, mobile apps, and business software for clients. We also build proprietary products including TripMate, BuddyUp, and Dressera AI. Our services and products are described in more detail at aura-logic.com.
If you have any questions about how we handle your data, please contact us using the details in section 11.
02
Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data directly from you:
From the contact form (on our website):
- Full name — to address you appropriately in our response.
- Email address — so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Service interest — the service area you are enquiring about (e.g. AI Solutions, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Business Software).
- Subject — a brief description of your enquiry (optional).
- Message — the content of your enquiry.
From the early access sign-up form (for our products):
- Full name — to personalise communications about the product.
- Email address — to notify you about early access, beta invitations, and product updates.
- Product interest — which of our products you are interested in (TripMate, BuddyUp, Dressera AI, or all products).
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health data, financial account details, or biometric data) through our website. We do not collect data from children — our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
03
How Data Is Collected
All personal data is collected directly and voluntarily from you through two mechanisms:
- Contact form — hosted on our website and powered by EmailJS. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted directly to our email inbox via EmailJS's service. The data is not stored in a database on our servers — it arrives as an email in our inbox.
- Early access form — powered by Google Forms. When you submit the form, your responses are stored in a Google Form and associated Google Sheet managed by AuraLogic Ltd. This data is used exclusively for early access communications and product updates.
We do not collect any data passively without your knowledge, except any standard anonymised server logs that may be captured by our hosting provider (see section 6 on cookies and analytics).
04
Why We Use Your Data
We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided and on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Contact form data — processed on the basis of legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry) and, where the enquiry leads to a business engagement, to fulfil a contract or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Early access form data — processed on the basis of your consent (you voluntarily submit the form to receive early access communications). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
Specifically, your data may be used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project requirements.
- Send you early access invitations, beta test notifications, and product launch updates for products you have expressed interest in.
- Provide information about AuraLogic's services where you have requested it.
- Comply with legal obligations where required.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unsolicited marketing unrelated to what you signed up for.
05
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our website and process your data. Each service only receives the data necessary for its specific function:
| Service | Purpose | Data shared | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| EmailJS | Transmits contact form submissions to our email inbox | Name, email, service interest, subject, message | emailjs.com |
| Google Forms / Google Sheets | Collects and stores early access sign-up responses | Name, email, product interest | policies.google.com |
| Calendly | Allows visitors to book a free consultation call with our team | Name, email, selected time slot (only when you book) | calendly.com |
| Google Fonts | Loads web fonts for our site's typography | Your IP address is sent to Google's servers to load fonts | policies.google.com |
EmailJS and Google Forms may process data outside the United Kingdom. Both services comply with applicable data protection frameworks. By submitting our forms, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties unless required by law.
07
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
You can ask us to delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue holding it.
You can ask us to pause how we use your data in certain circumstances while a dispute is resolved.
Where we process your data by automated means, you can request it in a structured, machine-readable format.
You can object to us processing your data for marketing or where we rely on legitimate interest as our lawful basis.
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. early access sign-up), you can withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in section 11. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
08
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact form enquiries — retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years from the date of your enquiry. If your enquiry leads to a project engagement, we retain relevant communications for the duration of the project and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Early access sign-ups — retained until the relevant product is launched and the early access programme concludes, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. We will not retain your data for more than 3 years without re-confirming your interest.
Once data is no longer needed, we will delete it securely from our email inbox and from the relevant Google Sheets.
09
Requesting Deletion of Your Data
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at AuraLogic.Ltd@outlook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address you used when submitting the form(s).
- Which data you would like deleted (contact form enquiry, early access sign-up, or both).
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. We will notify you once your data has been removed.
Please note: we may need to retain certain data for a limited period where we are legally required to do so (for example, financial records under the Companies Act 2006), even if you request deletion. We will let you know if this applies.
10
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve, as we introduce new features, or to reflect changes in UK data protection law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. If we make significant changes that affect how we use your data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly (for example, by email if we hold your address).
